1. Send Your Documents

Email your documents to hello@englisheditors.ca (or send via wechat), and we’ll reply promptly to let you know they’ve been received. After reviewing the documents, we’ll get back to you with a price quote and time frame for completion of the work.

2. We Get To Work!

Whatever sort of document or project you are writing, we will ensure the language you’ve used makes sense and is clear. We check for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and structure, delivering you a finished product that is polished to perfection!

3. Completion

After we’ve thoroughly edited and proofread your materials, we’ll send them back for your review in two versions: a Tracked Changes version allowing you to see the edits we’ve made; and a clean version that is ready to print. Payments should be received before the documents are returned.


Rates

Our editing service rates generally range between 280-400RMB per 1000 words. Exact rates vary depending on your specific needs, the nature of your project, and how quickly you need it completed. Payments can be made directly through WeChat, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
